New Package Bundle
You may be interested to know that 2D floor plans are now included in the Standard Photo Package bundle. This means that when you book our Standard Photo Package you will receive photos and a 2D floor plan bundled together for a single price. Standard package base rates begin at $195 for a condo or apartment and go up to $340 for a single family home that has less than 2,500 of heated square footage. This package includes photos and a 2D floor plan provided in both JPG and PDF formats. If you do not want floor plans with your photos for a particular property a small credit will be provided.

“Virtual Tours” Available
Last year we introduced “Virtual Tours” a new add-on option. The additional cost is only $25 when added to our Standard Photo Package with 2D floor plans included. When ordered we will provide a unique virtual tour link for your property that can be added to your MLS listing. This virtual tour will then be pushed out to any website that accepts virtual tours, including Zillow and Realtor.com and their associated apps. Economy Photo Package?
Sometimes there are properties that only require a few photos. Some examples may include a studio apartment or a very small 1 bedroom apartment, distressed properties, or properties where there is limited access. The Economy Photo Package provides only 12 total images, but it does also include a 2D floor plan. The cost for the Economy Photo Package is fixed at $150 for all properties, but it is only available in the Stamford/Norwalk area.
Extra 500 Square Feet Now Included!
My standard base rates now include properties up to 2500 square feet with no additional charges. In the past we charged a small incremental fee for properties larger than 2000 SF, but we have increased that limit to 2500 SF. This provides a savings of $30 for properties between 2000-2500 square feet.
Pay-At-Closing Option Available
Two years ago I began offering an option to fully defer payment for my services until after the property closes. Cash flow for real estate agents can sometimes be challenging during certain times of the year so I am glad to make this option available to my clients when needed. When requested I will ask clients to sign a simple agreement that acknowledges that a full payment is due regardless of the outcome of the listing. There will be a $25 convenience fee added to your invoice when this option is requested.
“Book Now” Form Available Online
To make bookings quick and easy I have an online form available on my website. You can also see my availability calendar before submitting a booking request. There is also an option to request a quote before booking. The links to “Request Quote” or “Book Now” are on the MENU bar on my website. These forms are mobile-friendly as well.
