2026 RE Update

This is our real estate service update for 2026, which summarizes new features and updates on the options available to our clients.

New Package Bundle

2D floor plans are now included in the Standard Photo Package bundle. This means that when you book our Standard Photo Package you will receive photos and a 2D floor plan bundled together for a single price. Standard package base rates begin at $195 for a condo or apartment and go up to $340 for a single family home with less than 2,500 SF.

NOTE: If you don’t require floor plans for a specific property you may request the floor plans to be excluded and a small credit will be provided.

“Virtual Tours” Available

Last year we introduced “Virtual Tours” a new add-on option. The added cost is only $25 when requested. I will provide a unique virtual tour link for your property that can be added to your MLS listing. This virtual tour will be published on any website that accepts virtual tours.

Economy Photo Package

Sometimes there are properties that only require a few photos. Examples may include a studio apartment or a very small 1 bedroom apartment, distressed properties, or properties where there is limited access. This package only provides 12 total images, but it also include a 2D floor plan. The cost for the Economy Photo Package is fixed at $150 for all properties. It is only available in the Stamford/Norwalk area.

Extra 500 Square Feet Now Included!

My standard base rates now include properties up to 2500 SF (previously 2000 SF) with no additional charges. For larger properties there is a $30 added charge for every additional 500 SF.

Pay-At-Closing Option

Cash flow for real estate agents can sometimes be challenging during certain times of the year so I make this option available to my clients when needed. I will ask clients to sign a simple agreement that acknowledges a full payment is still due regardless of the outcome of the listing. There will be a $25 convenience fee added to your invoice when this option is requested.

“Book Now” Online

To make bookings quick and easy I have an online form available on my website. You can even view my availability before submitting a booking request. You may also request a quote before booking. The links to “Request Quote” or “Book Now” are at the top of my website. These forms are mobile-friendly as well. I recommend saving the link as a favorite in your browser.
