Things to consider before booking
- My standard work days for real estate photography is Monday to Friday. Weekends are available on a case by case basis.
- The optimal time of day for both interior and exterior real estate photography is midday between 10 am and 3 pm.
- The time required on site depends on the size and style of the property and the services needed; however, the average time for a photo shoot is approximately 1 to 2 hours.
- I will travel throughout Fairfield County from my home base in Stamford (CT). When confirming the start time I will take into consideration the time required for travel.
- Before I can confirm a date and time I will need to know the size and style of the property, the specific services needed, and the general location of the property.
- The standard turn around time for photos and floor plans is 2 business days. Next day delivery is available by request for an additional charge.
- There are no rescheduling fees when notified at least 48 hours ahead of your start time.
- If there are any questions or requests, there is a comment area on the Booking Request.
