Floor plans have become an essential tool for real estate, whether its for a “for sale” or “rental” property. Floor plans provide buyers, renters and real estate agents with a greater understanding of the layout of the property, and include areas that are not photographed, such as closets, basements, storage rooms, attics and garages.
The 2D floor plan is included in all of our photography packages, but you also have the option to enhance your marketing program with our 3D plan (see sample below).

2D Floor Plan (Included)
We include 2D floor plans in all our photo packages because we believe both buyers and renters of all property types and sizes want to see the full layout of the property. You will receive both JPG images of each floor level, as well as a printable PDF file of your 2D floor plans.
The 2D Floor Plan includes kitchen & bath fixtures and other property features, such as fire places, stair cases, doors and windows. Each room is labeled and the room dimensions are included.
3D Floor Plans (Add-On)
For an addition $50 you will received a 3D color rendering for each level in the property in a JPG format, in addition to the traditional 2D floor plan in both JPG and PDF formats.
Incorporate these colorful 3D image files with the other photos on your listing. As viewers scroll through the photos they will see these 3D color renderings rather than the 2D images.
We will also include a printable 2D floor plan to include with your other listing documents.
About Our Furnished 3D Renderings
We try to reproduce the materials of the property. Wooden or tiled floor, wall painted in blue, wallpaper, etc. We can’t guarantee a perfect match with reality, but we’re trying to get as close to reality as we can. In the end a wood tone might be slightly darker or lighter, but it won’t change the overall feeling for viewers. They will keep a great sense of how it feels like to be in the property.
For a currently furnished house we will do our best to replicate the type of furniture that is currently in the property in our 3D floor plans. Some furniture might be omitted or modified to enhance the rendering, especially in cluttered or disorganized spaces. It will not be an exact replica as the goal is to give a feel of the property to the prospective buyer.
For currently vacant properties we will virtually furnish the 3D plan so buyers can evaluate the potential of their future home. We will add beds in bedrooms, a sofa in a living room, a dining table set in a dining room, etc… We will not be able to take specific requests in regards to the style and placement of the virtual furniture.
For all of our 3D floor plans we are not able to add labels or measurements; however, our 2D plans, which include labels and measurements, are always included with our 3D floor plans.
Need floor plans without photography? No Problem.
