Thank you for your interest in scheduling a head shot photo session. Please follow the instructions that may have already been provided, as well as on this form. I will make every effort to honor the specific time requested. You will receive a confirmation email with your scheduled time within 24 hours of your request.
Photo sessions are typically less than 15 minutes. During your session we will take approximately 20 to 40 shots with the ultimate goal of having 1 or more final images you will select and keep. Within 1-2 days of your session you will receive a proof sheet where you will select your final image(s). One image is included with your session. Additional images will be an additional charge.
Your final selected images will be lightly touched up and then uploaded to a DropBox folder where you can download the final high resolution image files to your computer or smartphone. The typical turn around time for the final touched-up image is about 5 business days.
The final head shot images are cropped from approximately between your elbow and shoulders to above your head and will be provided in an 8 x 10 vertical file format.
White is the most common background because it is versatile and works well with most wardrobe colors. White is popular if your final head shot is being used on a white business card or a corporate website with a white page background. Grey is also popular and is versatile with just about any wardrobe color. Black works well as long as your clothes are not predominantly black. I can also provide a transparent image with no background or I can customize the background. There will be an additional charge for any background color other than white, including transparent and customized backgrounds.
