Thank you for visiting my photography website. I am a professional real estate photographer and videographer and provide a range of related services for your real estate listings, including floor plans, virtual staging and aerial photography.

I also take professional studio head shots for real estate agents. You may be interested to know that I am a also Keller Williams agent and have been a Connecticut licensed agent since 2012.

Your new head shot image can be used for business cards, websites, social media profiles, marketing materials and just about anything else you want to use it for. Below is a description of what I will be providing, along with some basic information about your head shot.

Headshot Information

The Keller Williams rate for a single head shot is $55 (a $50 savings off my standard rate). Head shot photo sessions are typically less than 20 minutes. During your session I will take approximately 20 to 40 photos with the ultimate goal of having one final image. Within 1-2 days of your session you will receive a “proof sheet” by email where you will select your final image to be edited. One final image is included with your session. If you wish to keep additional images from this session, there is an additional cost per photo.

Your final selected image(s) will be lightly touched up and then uploaded to a DropBox folder where you can download the high resolution image file(s) to your computer or smartphone. You will be notified by email when ready. The standard turn around time is about 5 business days.

The final head shot images are cropped from just above your waist to above your head, and approximately shoulder wide, and will be provided in an 8 x 10 vertical file format. The background color will be light grey. If you would like other colors or backgrounds please let me know. There will be an additional fee for any other type of background.

With a neutral grey background you can wear just about any color clothing. There are no rules for what to wear, but there will not be enough time for outfit changes. I usually suggest wearing something similar to what you would wear when meeting with clients.
