KW Headshot Request

Congratulations on joining Keller Williams and thank you for visiting my photography website. Just in case you didn’t know, I myself have been a KW agent since 2017 and have been a licensed agent since 2012. I am also a professional real estate photographer and videographer. I also take professional agent head shots, which is why you were referred to me.

As a new Keller Williams agent, the office is providing you with one free head shot image that you can use for your business cards, websites, social media profiles and marketing materials. The office will also place this image on the KW203 website. Below is a description of what I will be providing, along with some basic information about your head shot.

Headshot Information

Head shot photo sessions are typically less than 15-20 minutes. During your session I will take approximately 20 to 40 photos with the ultimate goal of having one final image. Within 1-2 days of your session you will receive a “proof sheet” by email where you will select your final image. One final image is included with your session. If you wish to have additional images the cost is $25 per additional photo.

Your final selected image(s) will be lightly touched up and then uploaded to a DropBox folder where you can download the final high resolution image file(s) to your computer or smartphone. You will be notified by email when ready. The standard turn around time is about 5 business days.

The final head shot images are cropped from about your elbows to above your head and shoulder wide, and will be provided in an 8 x 10 vertical file format. The standard background color is grey, but there are other background options available for a nominal additional charge.

With a neutral grey background you can wear any color clothing. There are no rules for what to wear, but there will not be enough time for outfit changes. I usually suggest wearing something similar to what you would wear when meeting with clients.
