We offer two social media marketing packages as optional add-ons to our real estate photography packages. These turn-key marketing packages are designed to help you to promote your real estate listings on Facebook and Instagram.
Each of these packages include up to seven customized video or image files to promote each stage in the life-cycle of your listing. You have the option to choose 3 or more stages for one or both packages.

“Story” Package (Videos)
Cost is $15 per stage video (3 stage minimum)
The first option consists of a series of MP4 videos designed to be published as “stories” on Facebook and Instagram. They make a great intro panel in your story, which you can follow with additional panels that might include other photos. These videos can also be used as regular video posts.
Chose 3 or more stages from the list above. For demonstration purposes, the sample video running below cycles through each stage with 10 second video clips.
When ordered as an add-on with our Standard Photo Package, we will create your videos with your primary brokerage color and two photos from your listing. See samples below.
We will include the basic specifications on the property, as well as the property address. We cannot provide any additional customization, but you may add customization using the built-in “story” editors on Facebook and Instagram.

Similar to the video package, we will create square JPG images (see samples below) that can be used to promote your listings by posting them on Facebook and Instagram, as well as LinkedIn and Twitter.
