Pay At Closing Agreement

I am pleased to provide the option to pay upon the closing of your real estate property listing. You are here because you expressed an interest in this option. Below are the details of how this works, as well as an acknowledgment form to sign.

By completing and signing the acknowledgment form below (all fields are required) you agree to pay the invoice amount in full within 10 business days following the closing of the property, or upon the cancellation or expiration of the listing described below. Should the property not close for any reason, including the transfer of the listing to another real estate agent or brokerage firm, you still have the obligation to pay the invoice in full within 10 business days of the cancellation or expiration date.

You also agree that you have viewed the invoice and agree to pay the full balance due, including the convenience fee. Upon signing this form a $25 convenience fee will be added to your invoice.

Should you decide to pay the invoice in full within 10 business days of signing this form, please send an email to jeffreywirzphotography@gmail.com and we will remove the $25 convenience fee.
