Content License:
In consideration for the services provided and the content created on behalf of You (Client), and for the payment made to Jeffrey Wirz Photography LLC (Vendor), the Vendor provides the Client with a non-exclusive usage license in perpetuity for all content created as described on the invoice.
The Vendor, as the creator of the content, remains the sole owner of the described content and the Client has no authority to reassign this content to any party, except, where applicable, for the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and its affiliates as per the MLS rules and regulations. The Client’s usage license is not valid until the invoice is paid in full, or an alternative payment arrangement has been agreed to in writing.
The Client and its members/affiliates may use the content described on the invoice for compilations of real estate properties (current, sold and rented) and in related advertising and marketing, including the right to reproduce, create derivative works from, distribute, and publicly display the content in print, on the Internet and otherwise.
If any third party (other than the MLS and its affiliates) wishes to use any of this content, including the subject property owner or any agents not directly affiliated with the Client, and including other agents affiliated with the same brokerage, must request a usage license from the Vendor. The Vendor reserves the right to charge a fee for this license. The Vendor also reserves the right to use any content provided to the Client for the Vendor’s own marketing purposes.
Non real estate “community” photo stock is also available for licensing. The usage terms for any images that are not directly related to the subject property may be different. Please inquire if you are interested in licensing photographic images from around the community.
Payment:
We accept MasterCard and Visa (credit or debit), as well as American Express and Discover. A convenient payment link is provided via PayPal; however, the Client does not need to have a PayPal account. To make a debit or credit card payment, click or tap the payment link on the invoice and then select the “Debit or Credit Card” option and follow the instructions.
We also accept payments via Venmo using the same link on the invoice and clicking or tapping the Venmo button. Alternatively you may use our Venmo account @jeffwirzphoto. Please be sure to pay the full price shown on the invoice.
Payments by check can be made to “Jeffrey Wirz Photography”. Please inquire for the mailing address or to coordinate a drop off location.
Full payment is due within 10 calendar days of the invoice date unless alternative payment arrangements are agreed to in writing. A $15 late fee will automatically be added to invoices that are not paid within 10 calendar days of the invoice date.
Alternative payment arrangements are available upon request. There will be a $25 convenience fee for all alternative payment arrangements, including the option to pay upon the closing of the property. The client will be required to sign a payment agreement for all payment arrangements.

CT Sales Tax (CT Tax ID #79558052-001) will be added when invoiced.
