Terms and Conditions

General

-Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the service received we will provide a full refund.

-Our normal days of operation are Monday through Friday, but for an additional fee we can sometimes operate on weekends. Please inquire when needed.

-Our primary service area has been expanded to include the following towns in Connecticut (in geographic order): Greenwich, Stamford, Darien, New Canaan, Norwalk, Wilton, Ridgefield, Danbury, Westport, Weston, Redding, Bethel, Newtown, Fairfield, Easton, Monroe, Bridgeport, Trumbull, Stratford and Shelton. We will consider traveling to other areas with an added travel charge, including Westchester County in NY.

-We do not charge a penalty fee for cancellations made up to two hours before a scheduled session. If we show up to a photo shoot and it is cancelled without notice there will be a $75 fee charged.

–We accept MasterCard and Visa (credit or debit), as well as American Express and Discover. Please inquire if you prefer to pay by check. Full payments are due within 10 days of the invoice date and once all work has been completed, unless you choose to be on a payment plan. Please inquire if you would like to be added to a payment plan. There is a $25 late fee for invoices not paid within 30 days of the invoice date.

-We also accept payments through Venmo @jeffwirzphoto. When using Venmo, please be sure to pay the full balance shown on your invoice.

-We will gladly provide a payment plan option for our clients when requested. A $25 fee will be applied to an invoice when the payment plan is requested. The full amount is due regardless of whether the listing closes, and due within 10 days of the listing’s closing or termination. If the full balance is paid by the 30th day after the invoice date, we will waive or refund the payment plan fee. Partial payments are accepted as well.

–Published rates are subject to change without notice. Current published rates are as of 1/1/2022.

-6.35% CT Sales Tax (CT Tax ID #79558052-001) will be added when invoiced.

Photography

-The actual number of digital photos delivered varies by property. Houses are typically 35 to 50 photos and condos are typically 20-35 photos. Aerial photos would be additional.

-The standard turnaround time for photos is 48 hours or 2 business days. Weekend days are not included. The rush service upgrade will guarantee photos will be delivered within 24 hours of the photo shoot, including Saturdays for Friday shoots. It is always best to ask when to expect delivery for photo since sometimes we can deliver sooner than expected based on our current volume of business.

-Included with any real estate photo shoot is the option to have one social media agent pose photo taken at the property with the listing agent. We will take several shots, but only one final photo will be provided at no charge. This photo can be used for marketing purposes on social media or as you wish. This could be used to announce a new listing or to promote an open house. The photo can be taken in front of the property’s “for sale” sign, at the front door, inside or wherever desired. We can also return to the property at another time for a nominal fee, but there is still no charge for the photo. We will typically provide a 4 hour turnaround for this photo.

-Adding blue skies to exterior shots is included as part of our Photo Enhancement Package only when deemed necessary based on the weather conditions at the time of the photo shoot. It is always preferred to shoot exterior photos naturally on good weather days.

-Amenity photos from our stock inventory may be included when available. If not available we will shoot new amenity photos as part of our Photo Enhancements Package. Amenity photos are not exclusive.

-We offer virtual staging for photos that we have taken. The cost is $25 per photo for the first 3 images, and $20 for each additional. We will do our best to accommodate any specific requests for furniture styles and/or colors, although we are limited to what the software provides in terms of selection. Our turn-around time for virtually staged photos is 24 hours from the time this service is requested.

Video

-The standard turnaround time for videos is up to 72 hours. Weekends are not included. It is always best to ask when to expect delivery for video since sometimes we can deliver sooner than expected based on our current volume of business.

Floor Plans

-For floor-plan-only jobs (where there are no photos taken) there is an added charge to the above rates of $20 per 500 SF. For example, a 2-story, 2000 SF house would be $125 ($45 base rate plus $80 for 2000 SF).

Aerial Photography & Video

-Jeff Wirz is licensed by the FAA to provide safe and legally compliant aerial photography services under the guidelines and restrictions of federal aviation, as well as local regulations. We hold an FAA UAS Part 107 Remote Pilot license and are certified to fly small unmanned aircraft for commercial use. An FAA Part 107 license is required by law for any drone operator, regardless of the type and size of drone that is used, when performed for commercial purposes, which includes real estate.

-There are some circumstances where we are unable to provide our aerial services. The most common situations when we cannot fly are either weather-related, or when there are FAA flight restrictions in a particular area, such as nearby airports. There may also be situations where it is unsafe to fly because of obstacles, such as tall trees or power lines, or when working near people or road traffic.

-The standard turnaround time for aerial photos is 48 hours and up to 72 hours for aerial videos. Weekends are not included. It is always best to ask when to expect delivery for aerial photo and video since sometimes we can deliver sooner than expected based on our current volume of business.
