Video Style Descriptions

The video style you choose depends on your intended use. We offer three primary video options for real estate.

360 WALK-THRU VIDEO – This is the most economical option. This video provides the viewer with a full walk through of all the living spaces in the property, as well as brief segments of the exterior. This video provides less detail, but provides the a complete feel for the layout of the entire property. Typically this is sped up to keep the overall length to a minimum, which can range from 3 to 5 minutes depending on the size of the property. The video is provided in a horizontal widescreen format.

The 360 Walk Thru Video is ideally used as a virtual tour, but can also be shared by email or text since it’s provided as an unbranded YouTube link. The video is also synced with royalty-free music and includes a property address call-out at the beginning and end of the video.

There is a $125 fixed cost for this option for all property types, regardless of size.

PREMIUM HIGHLIGHT VIDEO – This is our premium video option. This video puts an emphasis on the most important features and characteristics of the home. It moves in slow motion allowing the viewer to appreciate the fine details of the home. It includes many short clips to keep the overall length to less than 2 minutes. The video is provided in a horizontal widescreen format.

The Premium Highlight Video is ideal for higher-end properties. It can be embedded on your website or incorporated into your other marketing materials. This video is also great for social media marketing and can also be used as a virtual tour or shared via email or text message using the provided unbranded YouTube link. The video is synced with royalty-free music and includes a property address call-out at the beginning and end of the video. Further customization, such as adding room labels or captions are also available options.

The cost for this video is calculated based on the production time required and the customization options requested. The total cost typically ranges between $200-350.

SOCIAL MEDIA VIDEO – This video option is specifically designed for use on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. It is provided in a vertical (reel or story) format and the total length is always under 1 minute. The look and feel is similar to the 360 Walk Thru Video, but it is not a complete walk through and it does not include any music or labels since the social media platforms provide these customization options when posting.

There is a $75 fixed cost for this option for all property types.
