Vacant rooms simply don’t look great on real estate marketing materials. To fix that we offer high quality virtual staging. Listing agents are staging the most important rooms and views to improve the quality of their marketing materials and to use as their cover photo on the MLS.

We charge $35 per image with a 2 image minimum. Typically agents are staging 2 to 3 images on a vacant listing, but that varies based on your need. We will also add a “Virtually Staged” watermark.
I offer a high quality product that is guaranteed to impress and make any empty room look as if it was beautifully furnished.
Virtual staging technology has improved in recent years, but it can be time consuming and requires an interior designer’s eye to be done right. We believe adding a human element in the design is critical to providing high quality staging. That’s why we design and stage all of our own images.
For those larger development projects we can stage an entire “model” house or apartment unit, which can then be used to market multiple units. In this case we will usually stage all of the images within the model. Contact us for bulk pricing when more than 10 images are required.
